Co-Founder, SHAI;
Gargi Jadhav is an architect by training, having graduated from Kamla Raheja Vidyanidhi Institute for Architecture (KRVIA), Juhu. Her architectural background informs her meticulous eye for detail and her deep understanding of form, space, and visual balance.
Beyond architecture, Gargi has always been drawn to the world of curation and graphic expression. Her passion lies in bringing visual narratives to life—whether through carefully curated art collections or intricately designed stationery.

Ravindra Jadhav

Ravindra Jadhav is a fine artist trained at the prestigious Sir J.J. School of Art, Mumbai. With a deep-rooted mastery in traditional mediums such as pen & ink, charcoal, and oil paints, his work reflects a timeless blend of technique, emotion, and storytelling.
Over the years, Ravindra has nurtured a generation of young minds as a dedicated professor at St. Mary’s High School, Kalina. His approach to art is both disciplined and expressive—each stroke guided by years of experience and a genuine passion for visual expression.
